“ 1000 Figs is a sweet little gem near the Fairgrounds. Though quaint, this is bursting with positive energy and the food is really good. You order and pay at the counter and the food is delivered to your table. I went recently for a work lunch and we ordered quite a few items from the menu but my favorites were the falafel with dips and the harissa soup which was smooth and flavorful. So delish. I wish I'd ordered more of the falafel because it was some of the best I've ever had. Also, I can't forget that bread. I try to avoid bread but every now and then I indulge and it's usually worth it-and this time was very worth it. I will absolutely go back. In fact, I would order from here almost every other day if I lived in the neighborhood. ”
“ Everything was packed with flavor and perfectly spiced. I got the falafel sandwich and roast cauliflower, and my friend got the roast Brussels sprouts. The Brussels sprouts were amazing and so crispy and soft ”
“ A five star experience, after giving three stars almost 8 years ago? This is why the review update feature is so crucial (as is giving places a second chance). Literally all of the issues I mentioned last time no longer exist, most important: the extra-extra virgin olive oil. And they now have an olive plate (that features the best olives!) And they also have harissa. 1000 Figs on a Friday is like the best kind of Friday you can have in my opinion. Although technically a working lunch for me, I have aspirations of returning for one of those delicious cocktails to enjoy along with my many plates of Middle Eastern goodness. A late afternoon Friday indulgence is on the agenda for the future. I had: falafel (delectably crispy and surprisingly light, almost fluffy inside, so unlike the belly bombs that are common in many places), hummus (decadent and garlicky), and a "small" (very generous portion) salad of shredded kale and cabbage with a light vinaigrette. Golden raisins add a touch of sweetness to the bitter kale and literally it's a perfect salad. The ripe olives are a perfect accompaniment. And can we talk about that focaccia bread that's graced by some coarse salt? It's heavenly, especially when dipped into hummus (or probably, anything). I end this review with a vow to return on the regular. The staff is so nice and the space is full of natural light. Such great vibes and incredibly nourishing and delicious food. ”
“ OMG this food is amazing. I got the chicken platter and everything on it was bursting with flavor. The bread on the side was very fresh also. I really enjoyed the food. The dining area is quaint but lovely with lots of natural lighting. Parking could be a challenge at times as it is next door to Canseco's. But most times you can luck up and get a spot. ”
“ All I can say is wow! 1000 Figs been on my lis t to try for a year. I finally had a chance to go and I was blown away. To start off the area the resturant is in looks amazing, it gives a relaxed elegant look. When the sun is out I bet you will enjoy yourself sitting outside. The inside is small and cozy you can tell a lot of regulars come eat there. Food: Chicken Platter: This is the best bite I've had so far in 2025! The flavor on this dish is out of this world the chicken is so tender and packed with seasonings you can see the color on it. The Kale & Cabbage salad was the biggest surprise to me I really didn't think I would like it but after the first taste it blew my mind. It's so light, sweet, salty, & little sour it pairs so well with everything. The tzatziki is so fresh and well balanced I really enjoyed dipping my chicken and bread in it. This is an healthy option as well you're going to feel great after eating this. You guys have to Check this spot out you want be disappointment! ”
“ I love 1000 Figs! I've always had their food to go, but this was my first time dining in the actual restaurant. In addition to food being incredibly delicious, I was so impressed by their service and professionalism! Within a few minutes of placing my order, the food was ready. I had the chicken platter and their dips are always great. Even after placing the order and paying, they offered additional bread on top too. Presentation was great and they staff was so polite and kind. Hope to bring friends that are visiting to eat here one day! ”
“ LOVED the food here!! Got the chicken platter, falafel sandwich and a side of the sweet potatoes. Get the potatoes! The lemon on them is and they lay in a bed of zucchini pesto-ish sauce. The tzatziki was a highlight in the chicken platter. Great happy hour prices and quick service. Would definitely recommend! ”
“ Woah everything on this plate and everything we ate here was so so good. We got the chicken shawarma plate and a bowl of the soup. I'm obsessed with this soup and the chicken was cooked so perfectly with so much flavor! ”
“ Excellent food, but a very tiny location. I had been meaning to eat here for a long time, but it's often hard to get seated here, and they are not open on Sundays. My friend and finally made it here on a Saturday for lunch. We waited it out with our names on the list. Once they can seat you, then they take your order at the counter, and you pay there as well. It did not take very long for our food to be delivered to our table. It's kind of fun because the silverware is in a little pull out drawer under the table. Water is served from a carafe they leave with you. We were finally seated inside (I would prefer outside in the future). It's super tiny inside and the tables by the window are crammed together. The woman next to me kept coughing on me throughout the whole meal. It was aggravating. My friend and I split the Falafel plate, along with a side of fries and brussels sprouts. They gave us pita bread instead of their homemade bread because there oven was broken. That was a bummer. The pita was not warmed and was bleh. The salad that comes with the platter and the fries were both my favorite. So good! Service was friendly. ”
